The role is responsible for the planning, alignment, and execution of Supply Chain activities for approved and funded projects within the Portfolio. It leads Demand Analytics, Scenario Planning, Phase-in/Phase-out, and Inventory Management, ensuring Global/Regional PIPO alignment and collaborating with Commercial & Finance on implementation strategy. The incumbent orchestrates with internal sites and EX OP suppliers on strategy, PIPO, build sign-off, and execution to balance service levels and end-to-end cash flow, demonstrating ERP/planning system capabilities. Key stakeholders include Global/Regional SC DP, SNP, IM teams, Commercial, Finance, RA, QA, R&D, MDM, Deliver, and GTO.

Key Role Responsibilities

Under and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• SC Plan Process understanding & execution mainly Demand Planning, IBP, Supply network planning and Inventory management
• Orchestrate with Supply Planning / Production planning / Purchasing / External Ops planning / Network planning to ensure capacity & capability are appropriately applied for planning and scheduling functions.
• Align with all business partners (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Master Data Management, Global / Regional PLAN, Deliver, PP&L, ExOps) to ensure alignment and agreement on upcoming changes.
• Support IBP process and scenario planning analysis, with capacity bottleneck identification where required. Ensure appropriate available capacities to meet timelines and volume requirements.
• Scenario planning on different demand base to optimize FG/RM SLOB
• Provide input for Global SC strategy across projects and platforms. Deliver and manage global E2E planning and supply chain effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support launch, phase-in / phase-out plans and prepare for operational SC and PLAN launch readiness. Responsible for managing and meeting all SC deliverables on assigned projects.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements in Global Supply Chain Projects processes.
• Support demand, supply and inventory strategies to create a robust, efficient and compliant plan
• Ensure activities performed are compliant with the Ethicon (Surgery) Quality System.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to management level
• Develop detailed supply plans that will be used to coordinate production at the external manufacturer
• Own the end-to-end Order Management process, including placing new purchase orders, developing purchase forecasts, and performing goods receipts
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, while offering insights and suggestions on how to improve the business
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

• Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, basic Access.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• Critical thinking and ability to create, cultivate and implement change.
• Influencing skill, Ability to minimize and manage risks appropriately.
• Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Finance, Logistics or Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning / Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Finance; preferably in a multinational company.

• Project Management in Portfolio, Global / Regional IBP experience preferred.

• Knowledge and proficiency of ERP SAP, JDE and APS planning tools preferred

• Digital tool : Large set data foundation, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.

Other:

• The expected travel for this position is 20%
• The attendance policy for this position is JNJ Flex. Allowing for 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote.
• The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000.00 to $151,725.00
