    We are searching for the best talent for Supply Planner Electrophysiology to be in Irvine, California.

    The E2E EP supply planner will help to facilitate / execute planning related activities that directly contributes to team’s ability to achieve assigned Plan metrics. This includes but not limited to the below key aspects.

    • Training to become systems SME
    • System inventory reconciliation
    • Sales / returns transactions in applicable systems
    • Create / maintain / monitor system transactions (OT / S7 / E2 / O2)
    • Assist with financial reconciliations with various finance partners as needed
    • Root causing / correcting various types of system transaction discrepancies
    • Collaborating with IT / business partners / affiliates on system solutions where needed
    • Monitor / log / identify patterns of system errors
    • Lead / facilitate applicable meetings as assigned

    Other Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage / execute Swiftlink order process.
    • Create and utilize in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight
    • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including Marketing, manufacturing, finance, Make organization, NPI, regional affiliates, and Quality
    • Collaborate with Deliver organization on all data requests.
    • Support business planning and financial planning processes and leverage lean concepts and Six Sigma tools to develop and effectively implement advanced Supply Chain solutions, processes, and systems improvements.
    • Support supply chain systems / planning projects as needed (e.g. improve supply chain flexibility, reduce costs, etc.)
    • Support related presentations for senior management as required
    • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations.
    • Must possess at least 2+ years of related experience in supply chain management, production planning and/or materials management. E2E supply chain understanding is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and hyper attention to details are required.
    • Advanced knowledge / experience in Microsoft Excel is a must. SQL understanding is a plus
    • In depth knowledge of ERP systems / interfaces is required, preferably JDE / Blue Yonder / SAP.
    • APICS certification is preferred (candidate will be expected to certify once hired if he/she is not already certified).
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company and across the global supply chain is required.
    • The ability to influence others in a matrix environment is required.
    • Experience and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma processes are preferred.
    • The ability to lead with minimal supervision and to work independently with a strong sense of urgency is required.

    Additional Information:

    • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $62,900 to $78,000 annually.

    • This position will be located in Irvine, CA. Flex in office schedule.

    • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

    • This position is overtime eligible.

    • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

      • Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
      • Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
      • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
      • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
      • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
      • Condolence Leave – 30 days for an immediate family member: 5 days for an extended family member
      • Caregiver Leave – 10 days
      • Volunteer Leave – 4 days
      • Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
