Your Role & Responsibilities

• Encourage clients through friendly conversation, companionship, and emotional support • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space • Assist with everyday activities while respecting each individual’s preferences and independence • Provide support with personal routines and daily care needs • Prepare simple meals and help ensure clients have a positive home experience
