    Quality Assurance Analyst I (CA or UT) TheQuality Assurance Analyst I develops, implements, maintains and performsquality assurance programs, policies and processes to ensure quality andperformance of the Unified Communications application and environments. Coordinates the logistics and timelines ofall testing efforts. Tracks testingdefects and ensures they are addressed prior to moving build to Productionenvironment. Works directly withbusiness unit and technical personnel to ensure testing scope meets businessand end user requirements for existing and new business application systems.Support of Go-live testing and stabilization efforts by analyzing reportedissues and responding with resolutions. This position has the capability of being located in Sacramento, Ca or West Valley City, UT. ** ** ** Education** * Associate's Degree or combination of High School Diploma or equivalency and related work experience. Experience * 2+ Years of experience in support of a Call Center environment or equivalent combination of education and experience with specialized coursework in computer science, management information systems, quality assurance processes. * 2+ years working with call center applications/telecom application/tools (interactive Intelligence, Avaya, Cisco or Genesys) preferred. * 2+ years systems analysis and system testing experience required * 2+ years' experience with Telecom systems testing and implementation project cycle required or equivalent applications/systems. * Intermediate PC experience with Windows and its application (i.e.,MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) * 2+ years' experience in customer service preferred * 2+ years' experience requred as a project team contributor as a quality assurance analyst Knowledge * Preferredknowledge of documentation and analysis of call flow design documentation * Preferredknowledge with Telecom Platforms ININ, CISCO or Genesys * Preferredknowledge with test script creation, defect tracking and reporting. Includingtracking in Quality Center application or equivalent. * Preferredknowledge of SDLC processes * Preferredknowledge in working in collaborative team work environment * Preferredknowledge of SQL, CRM and other application integration testing methodologies Skills * Familiaritywith telecom technologies, SLDC Methodology and call center applications. * Workingknowledge of web portals and websites, system architecture preferred * Demonstratedability to test web-based applications preferred * Excellentcommunication skills, including verbal, written and spoken * Abilityto think critically, utilizing logical thought processes and ability to learnnew systems, concepts and procedures * Abilityto work well independently, able to take initiative and make decisions, as wellas able to work with others in a team environment to achieve desired results * Ableto coordinate multiple activities effectively * Ableto prioritize as necessary to complete projects on time * Ableto make sound operational decisions based on acquired knowledge and Managementdirection * Mustbe detail oriented and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment * Ableto work with other SPS and Sutter Health departments and staff * Mustbe able to demonstrate creative and imaginative problem-solving skills * Ableto apply technical solutions to solve problems * Extensiveuse of personal computers, terminals and Microsoft Office * Ableto maintain confidentiality * Willingnessand ability to be directly involved in all aspects of internal support Special Requirements * Must work flexible schedule to support off-business hour go-live events **Primary Location: **California-Greater Sacramento Area-Sacramento **Work Locations: ** **Organization: **Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento
