    TDS Proteins DPD & D Biopharmaceutics Co-Op

    to be in

    Malvern, PA

    • 1 vacancies are currently available.
    • The Co-op term is six months typically from January to June, 2027 (flexible).
    • Full time requirement (40 hours per week) Fully On-site.

    Purpose:

    Support the development and characterization of biologics and pharmaceutical formulations through laboratory-based research activities. The student will gain hands-on experience in analytical testing, formulation development, and biologics research while contributing to ongoing projects within a collaborative scientific environment.

    You will be responsible:

    • Supporting laboratory experiments related to biologics and pharmaceutical formulation development.
    • Assisting with analytical testing and characterization of biologic products.
    • Performing data collection, analysis, and interpretation of laboratory results.
    • Following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintaining accurate documentation of experimental activities.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and timelines.
    • Preparing summaries, presentations, and reports of findings for team discussions.
    • Supporting activities related to biologics such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), fusion proteins, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
    • Currently pursuing a Master's, or PhD degree in Biology, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
    • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
    • Experience or familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), subcutaneous administration, formulation development, and biologics such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), fusion proteins, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) is preferred.
    • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are preferred.
    • Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be a self-starter who can work independently while contributing to team goals.
    • Proven leadership and/or participation in campus programs, student organizations, or community service activities is desired.
    • You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.

Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
