    Be a catalyst for people-led change. You’ll surface insights that shape workforce planning, development programs, and internal mobility, then partner with leaders to translate those insights into concrete actions. Build and communicate dashboards that leaders rely on, influence policy with data-driven arguments, and help the organization move with speed and clarity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct analyses to identify talent gaps, forecast demand-supply, and support scenario planning with guidance from senior stakeholders.
    • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that track key talent metrics (e.g., turnover, readiness, mobility, diversity) and communicate insights to leaders.
    • Support leadership development analytics, succession planning data, and ROI assessments for development programs.
    • Collaborate with Recruiting, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to optimize sourcing, onboarding, career paths, and internal mobility initiatives.
    • Build predictive insights (e.g., attrition risk, high-potential identification) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
    • Ensure data quality, governance, and privacy; manage data extraction, cleaning, and validation processes.
    • Prepare and present executive-ready analyses and storytelling to non-technical audiences.
    • Contribute to project management, governance documentation, and cross-functional initiatives.
    • Stay informed on market trends and best practices to continuously improve talent analytics offerings.
    • Assist with managing our Early in Career program

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, talent management, organizational development, or related areas.
    • Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL is a plus.
    • Proven ability to build dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses, and present data-driven insights to partners.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable addressing cross-functional teams and leaders.
    • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with supervision when needed.
    • Collaborative attitude and ability to influence across functions.
    • Data-driven decision making and analytical rigor
    • Data storytelling and executive-ready communication
    • Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
    • Project management and operational rigor
    • Critical thinking with practical execution

    Preferred:

    • Experience with global or multi-region talent data.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $77,000-$124,200

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
