RESPONSIBILITIES Team Select Home Care is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Team Select family. The Payroll Assistant is an employee processes payroll utilizing the payroll source along with HCHB/computer systems. This employee reports directly to the Accountant and Payroll Lead.

• Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Run payroll reports from HCHB
• Maintain employee payroll records
• Manage and calculate taxes and deductions
• Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payroll
• Setup and manage wage garnishments

QUALIFICATIONS  

• High school or GED diploma
• Familiarity with general accounting principles
• Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality
