Help support the Technology Development Program (TDP), which is Optum Technology’s college hiring and development program. As a program team we strive to bring in top talent and create an engaging and world class experience for our interns and recent graduates.
As a part of the TDP team, you will be involved with aspects of the program such as training, communications, orientations, and many other aspects of the program.
This is a very fast-paced work environment with great exposure across the Technology organization, requiring high energy and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
Working with business leaders to achieve results across multiple departments and across many geographies
Simultaneously lead several initiatives with multiple deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing prioritization and relationship management
Communicate job status information to all team members
Promote smooth workflow and communication between departments
Maintain and update project status report and run weekly status meetings
Help enhance and improve department processes, including seeking voice of customer feedback from TDP associates and leadership
Communicate consolidated project milestones and deliverables for readiness
The ability to generate detailed project status reporting (including critical path impact, dependencies, milestones, resources, cost, work breakdown structures, etc.)
The ability to work in a matrix environment across cross functional teams

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in a corporate environment
Previous Project Management experience
Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Travel Requirements by location:
Eden Prairie, Minnesota – 25%
Raleigh, North Carolina -50%
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management (CAPM/PMP) Certification
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to various audiences
Experience with process improvement ie, Six Sigma and or Lean
Previous experience training, planning, or facilitating events
Experience with college hiring or development programs
Information Technology experience
Healthcare Industry experience
