CRM IT Intern Tektronix 99 reviews - Beaverton, OR Full-time, Internship The CRM intern position on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Applications Team. Your role will be to interact with our Marketing and Sales business users on Outlook Integration Project and perform application development work across the entire CRM applications portfolio. Key CRM applications include sales force automation and marketing automation. Job Responsibilities Provide level one support of email marketing application. Support end users to resolve CRM applications process and data issues. Interact with end users to gather CRM requirements and enhancements requests. Document and analyze sales/marketing business processes. Configure or code enhancements to applications. Regression test key marketing automation and sales force automation applications. Support end users in the use of the CRM tools. This is an intern position for 3 to 4 months (June-Sept). Qualifications: Required Bachelors Degree or in the process of obtaining a bachelors degree in information systems or a business degree with information systems, software engineering, or computer science. Experience with programming languages (Example: PL/SQL, C#, JavaScript, VB, SQL). Preferred Experience with information systems management and systems analysis Knowledge or experience with MS Dynamics CRM or SalesForce, sales force automation, demand generation or marketing automation Knowledge or experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases and report writing tools Sound analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills Results-oriented with a willingness to deliver to commitments Clear written and oral communication skills Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment Ability to work in a team-oriented, large global organization Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as required Due to US Department of Commerce export control regulations governing technical data of Tektronix products, Tektronix needs to know the citizenship of all its employees.
