GENERAL SUMMARY
The Associate Manager, Marketing requires a broad range of skills and experience in order to lead and support key marketing objectives and goals. This individual will work directly with the core marketing team and interface directly with a number of other hospital departments to lead internal and external initiatives. They will lead or provide support to Advertising/Media planning and execution, service line collateral, external and internal events, premiums and budget input and tracking.

Ability to read, write, and fully comprehend instructions and communication in English.
Exercise maximum efficiency while maintaining all quality standards.
Ability to maintain department productivity standards.
Must be certified in-house to safely operate powered industrial equipment, if applicable.
Capacity to operate basic packaging machines.
Ability to work closely with other employees.
