    FLEX STAFF CLINICAL TEAM LEAD

    GENERAL SUMMARY

    The Clinical Team Lead will assist in overseeing staff and team development within the Flex Staff department. Collaborates with all disciplines across all levels of care, ensuring excellence in Flex Staff department development and implementation. Acts as a resource and clinical expert to ensure high quality patient care standards are met and maintained. Serves as a liaison between Flex Staff department and internal staff development.  Provides support for the department director. This position will also provide direct patient care.

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    THE CLINICAL TEAM LEAD:

    1. Assesses department needs, develops action plan, and executes plan based on needs assessment.
    2. Performs select duties of the department director in the director’s absence and facilitates allied health clinical operations in conjunction with department Business Support Manager and Project Coordinator.
    3. Serves as liaison between Flex Staff inpatient/DayRehab/outpatient allied health leadership.
    4. Facilitates collaboration with the Internal Staff Development, AbilityLab therapists and research teams to ensure clinical excellence for Flex Staff team members across inpatient, DayRehab, and outpatient levels of care.
    5. Ensures staff compliance with utilization of pertinent educational systems to improve the uniformity and quality of education received by patients.
    6. Co-leads annual department assessment with fellow department clinical team leaders to assess and develop goals for the department and organize committees to achieve program specific goals throughout the year.
    7. Assists department director in strategic planning for budgetary needs to support department goals.
    8. Provides clinical mentorship to new staff by assisting with treatment sessions and delivering education regarding various clinic/site protocols.
    9. Ensures department evaluation and treatment processes are utilized and implemented as indicated.
    10. Supports compliance with evaluation and treatment intensity standards.
    11. Assists with interviewing, hiring and orientation of staff.
    12. Provides department director with timely and accurate feedback on staff performance.
    13. Supports quality patient care, ensures quality and timely documentation, and department goals, standards and targets are met.
    14. Participates in quality improvements in individual, team and department performance utilizing SRAlabQI and other mechanisms including auditing and feedback mechanisms.
    15. Maintains environment of care through personnel staff compliance with policies/procedures and documentation standards ( i.e. emergency procedures, admission/discharge).
    16. Performs all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, including a primary clinical role as a Core Flex PT/OT/SLP.

    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

    Reports directly to the Associate Director, Flex Staff

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

    1. Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited program of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology required.
    2. Current licensure or registration in the State of Illinois pertaining to the PT, OT, and SLP allied health practice.
    3. A minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in Flex Staff department.
    4. Current CPR certification required.
    5. Interpersonal skills sufficient for effective communication with patients, families, and SRAlab personnel. Evidence of rehabilitation knowledge, leadership ability and communication skills.
    6. Able to maintain current knowledge of clinical practices and clinical developments and collaboratively share knowledge/skills as appropriate with staff.
    7. Requires analytical skills to plan and to assign work schedules, set priorities, give input on policies, procedures and budgets and to evaluate programs, new equipment and supplies.
    8. Identifies systems or practice issues and potential solutions as part of a professional role.
    9. The position functions at 0.2 FTE administrative.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    Normal office environment with little or no exposure to dust or extreme temperature.

  • Qualifications

    1、3年以上的汽车行业工作经验。

    3、机械类、焊接类专业。

    4、曾从事工艺设计工作。

    5、精通冲压、制消、弯管、焊接、FMEA、SPC

    6、熟悉工装制造。

    7、熟练使用CAD、CATIA软件。

    8、善于沟通,语言表达清楚。

        具备英语读、写能力;口语能做一般交流

        熟悉TS16949等质量管理体系。

        具有较强的组织协调能力;

        掌握项目管理知识。
