FLEX STAFF CLINICAL TEAM LEAD

The Clinical Team Lead will assist in overseeing staff and team development within the Flex Staff department. Collaborates with all disciplines across all levels of care, ensuring excellence in Flex Staff department development and implementation. Acts as a resource and clinical expert to ensure high quality patient care standards are met and maintained. Serves as a liaison between Flex Staff department and internal staff development.  Provides support for the department director. This position will also provide direct patient care.

Requirements: Must be a full time Flex Staff employee and be a full time Flex Staff employee and flexible to commute to all SRAlab Flagship, DayRehab, and Outpatient locations and must be adaptable to different centers and settings.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

1. This role is supplemented with a full time position with our Flex Staff team.
2. Current Illinois License to practice as an Speech and Language Pathologist.
3. Certificate of Clinical Competencies (CCC)
4. Work requires the level of knowledge normally acquired by completing a Master's program in Communication from an accredited college or university.
5. Current CPR card at time of start date.
6. Ability to commute to SRAlab hospital and city locations, Northbrook, Wheeling, Burr Ridge, and Homewood locations.

Required Skills Required Experience

1、3-5年以上的汽车行业工作经验, 2年及以上投产相关经验

2、本科及以上学历，要有学士学位。

3、机械类、焊接类专业。

4、曾从事工艺设计工作。

5、精通冲压、制消、弯管、焊接、FMEA、SPC

6、熟悉工装制造。

7、熟练使用CAD、CATIA软件。

8、善于沟通，语言表达清楚。

    具备英语读、写能力；口语能做一般交流

    熟悉TS16949等质量管理体系。

    具有较强的组织协调能力；

    掌握项目管理知识。
