GENERAL SUMMARY
The Senior Digital Media Specialist, Pathways.org supports the organization’s digital initiatives and overall strategy to maximize brand awareness, consumer experience, and support the integrated marketing strategy. The Senior Digital Media Specialist will work directly with the digital content team to optimize social media strategy and performance. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have the ability to think outside the box.
The Senior Digital Media Specialist, Pathways.org will consistently demonstrate support of the SRAlab statement of Vision, Mission, and Core Values by striving for excellence, contributing to the team efforts and showing respect and compassion for patients and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact at or in the interest of the institute.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
THE SENIOR DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST, PATHWAYS.ORG WILL:
Create and edit video content for multi-platform use and distribution including online/website, established social media accounts (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook Stories and Instagram Stories, Pinterest).
Examine how Pathways.org should use newer social channels, such as TikTok, and produce content for those channels.
Own monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly social media performance, trends, and KPIs across all channels.
Recommend strategies to improve Pathways.org digital presence.
Have working knowledge of online marketing metrics and reporting tied to SEO, advertising, social media, user journeys, segmentation and personas, user experience, survey and feedback tools, website reporting tools, and customer experience/web analytics.
Research and develop meaningful relationships with key external influencers to help build our network of connections, through initiatives such as Pathways.org guest posting, increasing external links to Pathways.org website, reaching out/scheduling interviews for shows or podcasts, etc.
Perform all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of Pathways.org.
Work with editorial teams to strategically improve and grow our library of content.
Be knowledgeable on the latest trends and news in paid search and digital advertising to improve performance of our campaigns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Student currently enrolled in and in good standing with an accredited cooperative education engineering program. Student currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering. Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher. Ability to provide own transportation to/from the job site. Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Geographically flexible and willing to relocate during the program. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Student currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or automotive engineering.
