Then call Crystal at 602-368-8601! The Clubhouse is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to be part of our growing ABA team. RBTs work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavior-analytic intervention to children and their families in our clinic, the home, and/or community setting. Essential Job Duties: * Implement individualized treatment plans and provide ABA interventions * Collect data, maintain files, and participate in consultations with clients, caregivers, and BCBA * Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn and/or improve functional activities * Communicate with clients, caregivers, BCBA, and staff * Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency. * Attend staff meetings and trainings as required * Perform other related duties as assigned or requested Required Skills: * RBT credential with the BACB * A High School Diploma or Equivalent * Drivers license and reliable transportation to the clinic, client homes, and community settings * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. routinely Desired Qualifications: * An Associates or Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field * 1-2 years of direct ABA therapy experience * Experience working in a home or school setting with children with special needs Job Type: Full-time Experience: * RBT: 1 year 4 hours ago - save job
