CALIBRE Systems Inc., An employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation Company, is seeking a Cloud Developer to join their team in support of an information technology project and implementation of an asset visibility system using a Microsoft stack (Team Foundation Server, C#, Forms).

The Cloud Developer will be responsible for reviewing existing processes and procedures to identify candidates that can be re-engineered for efficiencies using cloud tools and technologies. For example, the ideal candidate should be able to look at a process written in C# and make a recommendation if the process can be re-engineered for efficiencies as a lambda service or other cloud technology. The Cloud Developer should have experience designing, scripting, and implementing AWS solutions using cloud tools, services, and best practices.

Required Skills

• ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE – CAN HAVE AN INTERIM SECRET.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with software development including comprehensive and innovative technical solutions.
• At least 1-year experience developing in an AWS (preferable) or Azure Cloud Environment.
• Hands-on experience modernizing on-premise applications into a cloud environment using cloud services/tools
• Proficiency in with the Microsoft development stack and the C# programming language.
• Utilizing AWS to build and deploy highly available, scalable, and secure applications.
• Experience creating technical and system design documents.

PREFERRED:

• AWS Associate Certification in any of the following areas: Architect, Operations, or Developer.
• AWS Specialty Certification in any of the following areas: Data Analytics, Database, Machine Learning.
