Position Description: The e-commerce Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our clients and the smooth transition of product from the warehouse to the client's store. e-commerce Customer Specialist Responsibilities * Resolve and handle all customer concerns and inquires via email, phone, or client portal * Respond to any issues that arise for customers at a timely manner * Look after customer accounts and update their transaction status * Maintain records of interactions with customers in an orderly fashion * Communicate internally with the team in regards to status of issues * Finding solutions on how to improve products packaging to avoid future damages * Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate program manager or supervisor * Follow up with the customer to ensure they're query was solved * Attend all customer care team meetings. Position Requirements:
    • High School diploma or GED * 1 year order processing experience * Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, & Outlook) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Solid organizational skills * Time management skills * Thrives in a team work environment * Displays on-time attendance and dependable reliability * Must be able to read, write, and speak clearly in English * Must have reliable transportation Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S and pass a thorough background check.
