Touchmark, an Oregon-based, award-winning developer, owner, and operator of full-service retirement communities in the western United States and Canada, is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the team at our central office in Beaverton, Oregon. As the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will provide general administrative support to our team of Executive Assistants. You will also serve as the primary back-up to our receptionist when she takes her breaks, which includes answering and directing all incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and distributing mail to our team. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm.
