    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Coach to join our team in Baltimore, United States. As a Transformation Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our company.

    • Lead and facilitate organizational transformation initiatives, guiding teams through change processes
    • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Coach leaders and employees at all levels to embrace and drive change effectively
    • Conduct workshops and training sessions to build change management capabilities across the organization
    • Assess organizational readiness for change and develop tailored approaches to address resistance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of transformation projects
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed
    • Provide expert advice and support to senior leadership on change management best practices
    • Create and maintain change management tools, templates, and documentation
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
    • Proven experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives
    • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
    • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
    • Advanced project management skills and experience in managing complex change programs
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
    • Experience in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationships
    • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs
    • Relevant certifications in change management or coaching (e.g., PROSCI, ICF) preferred
    • Experience in business process improvement and cultural change management
    • Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices

    Pay Range: $36.83 - $55.29
