We’re looking for a mission-driven, compassionate professional to join our dynamic team.
In this impactful role, the Trauma Response and Critical Incident Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring timely, compassionate, and effective responses to traumatic events and crises affecting individuals, workplaces, schools, and communities.
This vital position serves as the first point of contact for incoming requests from the call center, providing consultative triage and coordination for critical incident responses, and assigning the most appropriate clinician or Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) responder.
The Trauma Response and Critical Incident Coordinator collaborates closely with the Clinical Manager to maintain tracking systems, collect data, and support the delivery of high-quality trauma-informed services.
This role involves both in-person and virtual service delivery, and may require travel throughout the region.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate Range: $31.25 - $32.21 - depending on experience and language skills
