Hurstbourne Parkway Location : City Louisville Location : State/Province KY Location : Postal Code 40222 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Our Clinical Data Internship is designed to give you real work experience. This internship takes place in our Home Office located in Louisville, KY. This internship opportunity is Unpaid. However, we will work with your institution to provide class credit upon completion of your internship. In order to accomplish each of the following, intern will be given full training and support from each department staff represented. * Special Projects Assist with special projects as needed to include program design, implementation and outcomes * Evaluation & Reporting Develop program evaluations, data gathering/analyzation, and reporting * Research Perform internet-based current research on various best practices in the post-acute healthcare sector * Office Administration Regularly organize, scan and file documents * Perform other support functions as directed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Must have, at a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent and be actively enrolled in an institution of higher learning. * Upper level undergraduate or graduate college student seeking internship for credits related to Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or Communications, with special focus in the post-acute or long-term care healthcare sectors. * Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet research. * GPA 3.0 or higher * Candidate must be available a minimum of 10 hours per week/flexible hours * Exemplary oral and written communication skills * Must be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties * Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family member, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public. * Excellent organization skills and demonstrated attention to detail * Ability to provide excellent customer service LOCATION Trilogy Health Services Louisville Kentucky TALENT NETWORK Not ready to apply?
