Required Skills Required Experience

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. One year customer service
3. Communication skills required to interview patients and families, to gather and exchange information with other hospital staff members, physicians, third party payors and resource persons
4. Concise written communication skills
5. Proficient in use of computer hardware and software

Preferred:

Experience with customers in hospital, business or insurance office

Knowledge of basic medical terminology

Familiar with insurance
