    We are looking for a CONSTRUCTION OUTSIDE SALES –PUGET SOUND SOUTH at our Seattle, WA location.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

     

    • Develop new accounts and support existing accounts in Portland and surrounding areas.
    • Manage and grow market share of exisiting, assigned accounts
    • Manage customer pricing and vendor contracts
    • Actively promote NCE market-specific endeavors
    • Utilize NCE market specialists (Solar, Datacom, SSG, Energy, Automation, Cellular, etc.)
    • Create and implement business plan with key vendors/customers to include goal setting and account-specific strategies using CRM/SSM
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

     

    • Sales Experience
    • Must have 3-5 years experience in the industry
    • Good organizational, planning, and time management skills
    • Proof of clean driving record with no major infractions within previous 3-5 years
    • Able to use smart phone/laptop computer efficiently
    • Customer focused and team player
    • Self motivated, outgoing personality, with a desire to win
    • Able to turn obstacles into opportunities

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

     

    • Driving to customer offices, jobsites, vendor or other related places
    • Office/Field environment with frequent driving and phone use
    • Occasional heavy lifting – up to 50 lbs.

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with staff, patients, guarantors, insurance companies, and physicians
    • Demonstrated attention to detail; Good English speaking, spelling, reading and Mathematical skills required  
    • Demonstrate ability to learn quickly, and follow directions as outlined in policies or given by Supervisor
    • Strong Computer skills and Knowledge in Word, Excel and ability to maneuvering through multiple screens in a timely manner
    • 1+ year of medical office /hospital/ billing work experience preferred
    • Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred
    • Insurance knowledge required
    • Ability to multi- task in a fast and high pressured environment
    • Stringent adherence to all HIPAA laws
    • Strong typing skills 40 and up wpm is required
    • Strong analytical skills, problem solving. The ability to act and decide accordingly.
    • Excellent Customer service and phone skills with a background in the medical industry
