ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

RICHMOND, VA

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be supporting the Richmond OEM Team of Capital Electric. The Administrative Assistant will be using Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Eclipse.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research customer purchase orders and vendor purchase orders
• Expedite customer purchase orders and vendor purchase orders
• Review daily and update daily customer and vendor expedite files
• Review received stocked material (Cycle Count)
• Other duties as needed to support the OEM Team and their customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Level of Excel knowledge.
• Organized & detail oriented.
• Eclipse proficient.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficient.
