    This is a part-time position responsible for the coordination of current and future nursing best practice activities throughout nursing services. In collaboration with nursing leaders and partnership councils, assist with establishing performance improvement processes utilizing the PDCA model.  Support departments with achieving unit based goals and be available to attend partnership council meetings.  This position requires knowledge in performance improvement, clinical outcomes, data analysis, development of auditing/reporting tools, and developing policies and procedures. Act as a support for teams by coordinating and providing assistance with the collection, compilation, analysis, evaluation, and display of data and processes for summary reports of improvement activities to the department teams and medical committees as assigned.

    Required Experience

    • Current California Registered Nurse license
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
    • Minimum two years’ experience in acute care
    • Evidence of continuing education and self-development
    • Computer literacy
