    This position will be the first point of contact for patients, families, clergy and other guests at PIH Health Hospital Whittier and PIH Health Hospital Downey.  The Reception Desk staff will excel in customer service, greeting each guest in a warm and professional manner.  The responsibilities will be to greet and direct every person entering the facility to facilitate their needs while maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

    Required Experience

    Required:

    • High School graduate or equivalent
