    Performs general diagnostic radiographs. Operates imaging equipment and develops film. Prepares patient''s room, equipment, supplies, and medications. Provides patient services using imaging modalities. Works under moderate direction from the supervisor or manager. Must always work with a Registered Radiologic Technologist.

    Required Skills

    • Radiography: High school diploma or the equivalent and senior student status in an AMA Radiologic Technologic Program
    • Works under the direction of MRI technologist in the MRI environment for safety and any assistance that is needed such as transporting or lifting patients and related duties as assigned
    • Must have knowledge of the human development process
    • Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to assist and move patients
