    $10,000 bonus with retention agreement for PM and Nights shifts in our Southeastern WI hospitals!

    Our Residential PHP/IOP Nurses are valued members of our patients care team. Nurses work directly with the patient, family, and our group of talented experts from various disciplines **** to develop the optimal care plan for the patient. They provide direct nursing care by planning and delivering direct and indirect care. Our team handles admissions, assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

    Here at Rogers, safety is first! Our RNs are assisted by a team of Mental Health Technicians, who help with med-pass and patient safety checks so nurses can focus on the patient.

    Role Highlights:

    • Triage/Charge nurse focused role not requiring the physical demands of a medical/surgical or skilled nursing unit.
    • Paid orientation and training period with continual support and development to set you up for success!
    • Exposure to our three Wisconsin residential programs.

    Training:

    To ensure your success, we provide a robust 2-week training program and training on the unit.

    Schedule: Nights 11:00pm-7:30am

    • Week 1-Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
    • Week 2-Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

    Required Skills:**

    • RN License
    • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
