The position will be on the E-Commerce team supporting North, Central, and South America. Responsibilities: * Assist with setting up Products and Promotions on the Ubisoft Store * Thoroughly understand and master back-end systems to work and set-up product pages and promotions across multiple locations and languages * Gather assets from Marketing and set-up content on the store webpage * Coordinate with Marketing/Operations/Brand/Sales Planning to align on promotion strategy and ensure best return-on-investment * Quality Control and Platform Enhancement * Ensure content on the store is up-to-date and accurate * Test new site features and enhancements and validate site stability and performance * Streamline quality assurance processes and work on automated checks * Ensure graphic assets and content fit all requirements * Analysis and Process Improvement * Build out process maps of existing processes and work cross-functionally to identify improvements to streamline creation of promotions * Analyze price trends and identify key opportunities for improved financial performance * Learn competitive landscape and gather feedback of best practices in terms of site enhancements, promotions execution, user experience and more to present to senior leadership Qualifications * An individual who thrives in a fun yet high-pace and demanding work environment. * Working towards a Bachelors Degree in a Business related major, focus on Project Management a plus * Must be able to demonstrate a detail oriented and process driven mind-set with a focus on accuracy and timeliness * Team player that can listen and communicate effectively with client groups, analyze needs, and find best practice solutions. * Action oriented individual who can visualize solutions and execute them efficiently and effectively. * Strong written and verbal communication capabilities * Organized and able to juggle multiple requests and tasks at once Additional Information Ubisoft is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that reflects the diversity of our player community.
