A Medical Staff Coordinator is primarily responsible for duties related to: Credentialing Database, Medical Staff Meeting Management and Reappointment Credentials.  Responsibilities also include Institutional Review Board and Graduate Medical Education.

Required Skills

Required Skills:

• Three years in an acute care hospital Medical Staff Office.
• L.A City Fire Card within six months of employment.
• Computer skills (especially database design and implementation).
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.

Required Experience

Required experience with MD-Staff Credentialing Software.  Preferable experience with MD-App, but not required.
