THIS IS A FULL-TIME SEASONAL POSITION FOR THE SHOWBOAT BRANSON BELLE FOR 2022.
THIS POSITION WILL BEGIN 03/08/2022 AND ENDS 12/31/2022.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
SUMMARY: Assist in supervising the performance of all aspects of customer service to include; friendly interaction, fulfilling shop/stand needs for cleanliness and attention to detail, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining food quality and safety, preparing food, serving food, handling cash transactions, and meeting or exceeding financial goals for area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting guests and taking guest product orders.
- Making customers feel welcome and appreciated.
- Maintaining a themed environment.
- Preparing/cooking food product.
- Handling cash/making change and operating Point of Sale registers.
- Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Maintaining safe food environment and following safety procedures.
- Suggestive selling.
- Implementing shop closing/cleaning procedures.
- Maintaining positive, helpful relationships with teammates.
- Complete all job responsibilities independently (self-supervising).
- Assist in supervising guest interaction to maintain assigned friendliness levels.
- Monitor/audit and coach making guests feel welcome and appreciated.
- Performing all ATD duties to include maintaining clean work area.
- Balancing registers.
- Maintaining safe food environment and following safety procedures.
- Maintaining positive, helpful relationships across divisional lines and with management.
- Orientate, coach and train staff. Ensure compliance with federal guidelines while maintaining a positive work climate.
- Make financial decisions as assigned to include ordering/inventory and all aspects of sales.
- Maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Operate ovens & grills.

Required Experience
High volume, fast paced food experience preferred. Minimum 3 years of supervision/management experience. Must read, write and understand English. Basic math skills to include making change and counting change back to guests. Must be able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class.
Pay starts at $14.00, but can be increased depending upon experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
