    The PBX Telephone Operator is responsible for routing, screening, providing information to callers and calling hospital codes. The Operator also must be able to work in a fast pace environment handling numerous callers during peak periods. Must be a team player willing to work different shifts and weekends as needed by the hospital.

    • Strong customer service skills

    Required Experience

     

    • A minimum of one year experience in PBX operations.
    • Must be able to respond to all critical issues in a timely manner to resolve the issue.
