POSITION DESCRIPTION Sanvello is looking for motivated individuals with a passion for helping people, to join our coaching team. As a Sanvello mental health coach you will support our members by providing motivation and guidance to maximize their Sanvello experience. You will lead virtual group-based sessions and communicate with members through one on one messaging using the Sanvello app. This is a full-time telecommute position. They are well-versed in group based coaching and have experience using video-based services or using video teleconferencing. Coach Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate live group sessions to educate and motivate our members as they progress through their Sanvello experience
• Use messaging within the Sanvello app to communicate with members in between group sessions
• Coordinate with other Sanvello teams as needed to support member care

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree
• 1+ year of Coaching, Wellness and/or Health Care

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensing or certification health, wellness, and/or coaching
• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous mental health, behavioral health, and/or life coach experience
• Previous support group experience
• Familiarity with online web-based applications
• Experience working in a virtual environment
• Experienced performing virtual group sessions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as with a team
• Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail
