This function is responsible for medical and ancillary product premium billing for the Individual Line of Business. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with customers gathering support data to ensure invoice accuracy and also work through specific billing discrepancies
• Provide input to policies, systems, methods, and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function
• Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed
• Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables
• May also include quality assurance and audit of billing activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Office with the ability to create, edit, copy, send and save documents, correspondence, and spreadsheets in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 1+ years of prior billing or Facets systems experience
• This is a Monday - Friday position with working hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Banking, accounting and / or insurance experience
• Customer service experience
