Join us and start doing YOUR LIFE'S BEST WORK.SM The TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE's primary responsibility is to contact and screen health insurance leads in order to turn them into qualified prospects for the Sales Representative. The position is expected to efficiently process and develop leads in order to maximize the phone time of the Sales Representative. This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday- Friday. Shifts are available between 8:00am and Midnight Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work overtime. Our office is located at 9151 Boulevard 26 North Richland Hills, TX 76180 THIS IS A SEASONAL FULL TIME POSITION WITH AN SEPTEMBER 23 , 2019 START DATE. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Initiate outbound contact to prospective customers via provided internet and phone leads
    • Transfer prospects to appropriate sales representative for facilitation of sale and application process
    • Set an appointment for a field agent to meet with the prospect in person

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School diploma or equivalent (or higher)
    • Spanish Bilingual Required
    • 1 + years of customer service experience
    • 1+ years of experience in an office setting, call center setting, or phone support role
    • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
    • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Inbound and Outbound telesales experience a plus
    • Working knowledge of Insurance Sales
    • Working knowledge of federal and state mandates relating to health insurance sales and call center requirements

    • Extensive sitting
    • Extensive phone use with a headset
