    Community Liaison - Phoenix or Denver Area Facility Name Willow Springs Center Location RENO, NV 89502 US (Primary) Career Area Professional Category Marketing & Advertising Job Description Willow Springs Center is looking for a Community Liaison located in either Phoenix, Arizona or Denver Colorado. The purpose of the community liaison is to liaise between the facility and referral sources to market Willow Springs Center and to educate the greater community on services that could be provided to referrals. This position is necessary to educate the greater community about the services offered to treat children with psychiatric disorders. Without their work, referrals sources may not know the opportunities available for patients and much needed care would never be established. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1. Seeks opportunities to optimize programming. 2. Develops methods to reduce costs associated with programs and seeks opportunities to maximize resources. 3. Manages time effectively in order to meet obligations for meetings, reports and information, and public communication. 4. Exhibits and promotes personal and professional integrity. 5. Develops and implements community workshops and seminars, held at the facility or in the community. 6. Ensures deadlines with stakeholders are met and Willow Springs Center is professional in all transactions. 7. Utilizes various computer programs to create affective presentations, reports, etc. 8. Develops and maintain new accounts and markets 9. Maintains customer support of 120 referral source contacts per month. 10. Maintains current awareness of changes in the industry through self-education, peer education, and professional and community involvement. 11. Analyzes changes within the changing health care environment and health care market and makes recommendations to improve services based on analysis. 12. Maintains appropriate boundaries with stakeholders and providers; establishes professional rapport. 13. Attends and participates in professional group meetings; stays abreast of new trends and innovations in the field; represents Willow Springs Center on various committees. 14. Maintains current account information (via the customer profile), and update as required. 15. Maintains primary contact with all customers assigned accounts through personal visits, telephone calls and letters/mailers on an ongoing basis. 16. Engages fully in the weekly Business Development team conference calls. Job Requirements Education: Bachelors Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field. Experience: A minimum three (3) years of experience in a health care business development management position preferred, with extensive business development experience resulting in measurable results, preferred direct experience developing managed care with knowledge in the areas of capitation and at-risk areas. In addition, detailed knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency issues. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements may be considered.
