This is an entry level HR position that will be responsible for the day-to-day front end support of the Human Resources Department at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. Greets and screen visitors with the Service Excellence demonstrated actions. This position will report to the HR Manager and perform a variety of HR/Office management duties. The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years experience in HR, with exemplary administrative and organizational skills ; acute care HR experience is preferred. This position will be responsible for management of department files, Excel Reporting, Lawson administration and reporting. Other duties will include processing of new hires, scheduling appointments, follow up on pre-employment requirements, tracking certifications, and other duties as assigned. Ability to multi-task and manage office functions. Strong organizational skills required. Job Requirements Education: High School education required some college beneficial. Experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience: Three to five years experience in the capacity of administrative assistant. Office management skills and in-depth computer software and office equipment knowledge required. Healthcare and/or Human Resources experienced preferred.
