Position Summary The Human Resources Representative provides leave of absence and benefits support for University Health System employees. Responsible for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration, and with the handling and safeguarding of confidential information. This qualified professional must work efficiently and poses excellent organizational skills. Experience/Educational Requirements A minimum High School Diploma. Two years of experience in leave administration is required. Knowledge of legislative issues and laws that affect FMLA and benefits. PC and windows experience to include spreadsheets, database management and word processing competence is a must. Knowledge of PeopleSoft or other HRIS system is preferred. *
