You may be based in Metro Denver, Colorado Springs or Fort Collins, CO. Travel among UCHealth sites will be required. With the growth of UCHealth, we are looking for an IT Trainer, Associate that has great training and coaching skills to join our team to learn all types of Epic Applications. This position will become part of a 4 person training/analyst team that will go from clinic to clinic and help optimize the clinics on efficiencies within Epic. You will learn tips and tricks on how to optimize our providers but also other roles in the clinics. These are exciting, hands on positions where you can make a significant difference in all roles that you will support. For these roles, you will need to be open to travel to our different clinics which could be located in Northern (Longmont Loveland, Ft. Collins), South (Colorado Springs) and Central (Denver and Suburbs) locations. There might be times that you can drive home every night but there will be other times where it will be better to book a hotel stay. Job duties * Delivers basic lesson plans and curriculum utilizing more advanced knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of methods as individual training and group instruction as assigned by the Information Technology Trainer. * Assists in the evaluation of training through class evaluations to measure the success of course objectives and/or program effectiveness. * Documents basic issues and workflow changes during training sessions and reports information as appropriate. * Provides application support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and reports issues to Information Technology Trainer. Requirements * High School or GED * 2 years training experience, preferably in a healthcare related field with 6 months or more of Epic experience. Preferred * Healthcare training experience * Excellent presentation skills A range of experiences will be considered for this position including Associate, Mid-level and Sr Trainer.
