Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Human Resource Development, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or commensurate field required.
- A minimum of two (2) years relevant professional experience in organization development, organizational learning, or cultural competence
- Demonstrated experience as an organization development /management consultant (internal or external) preferred.
- Hospital industry experience preferred.
