    Job Description

    • Under the guidance of an OD&I Director, supports the implementation of the OD&I strategy in support of the University of Maryland Medical System and Human Resource Services strategies.
    • Assigned to provide services at multiple hospitals across a geographic region within the University of Maryland Medical System.
    • Under the guidance of a Director or Senior Consultant, delivers organization development, organizational learning, and inclusion services at assigned hospitals.
    • Collaborates with and supports other Human Resource Services employees in the attainment of strategic objectives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Human Resource Development, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or commensurate field required.
    • A minimum of two (2) years relevant professional experience in organization development, organizational learning, or cultural competence
    • Demonstrated experience as an organization development /management consultant (internal or external) preferred.
    • Hospital industry experience preferred.
