    Job Description

    The Manager of Education and Training, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs and training initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education management, instructional design, and adult learning principles, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.

    • Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive educational programs and training initiatives to address the learning needs of various departments and job roles within the organization.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training requirements and curriculum content, ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Instructional Design: Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, and job aids.
    • Incorporate various learning modalities and technologies to enhance learning outcomes and cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for team members at all levels, utilizing effective training techniques and methodologies to maximize participant engagement and knowledge retention.
    • Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors, and industry experts to deliver specialized training programs as needed.
    • Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment tools and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, soliciting feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze training data and metrics to measure the impact of education and training initiatives on employee performance, productivity, and organizational success.
    • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of education and training professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development and ensure the successful execution of training programs.
    • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.
    • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and accreditation criteria in the design and delivery of training programs.
    • Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to uphold the highest standards of educational excellence and instructional integrity.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field;
    • 5-7 years of proven experience in education management, instructional design, and training delivery, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniques.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
