Provides a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. This position assists multiple talent acquisition specialists in all recruitment activities.
Supports multiple Recruitment Specialists.
Interfaces with candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and hiring teams.
Completes required pre-offer screening requirements on all candidates (i.e., background, compliance check, etc.)
Ensures data accuracy in Applicant Tracking System.
Runs reports and tracks recruiting metrics.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years of Human Resources or Administrative or Clerical experience required.
