    Provides effective and coordinated leadership in conjunction with and in the absence of the Program Director. Is responsible for ensuring that staff who report to them are providing quality client care while promoting evidence based practices. Reports on performance improvement measures and oversees improvements. Provides fiscal management for treatment team. Works to develop and improve program, division, and corporation.

    Required Skills

    • Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (i.e. registered nurse or possessing a master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field approved by the State of Missouri).
    • Current State of Missouri License. Staff with a master’s degree in social work are required to have minimum licensure of MO LCSW
    • Must be licensable in the State of Missouri. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a willingness to work with multicultural staff and clientele.
    • For Inpatient Mental Health Services, must obtain CPI training within 90 days of hire and maintain training during employment.
    • If driving is a requirement for the employee, he/she must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment
