PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
DULUTH, MINNESOTA
The role of a project support associate is to provide support to Project Managers and perform required aspects of project quotations and order management. Project support is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and increased customer loyalty by taking a pro-active approach to project support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain project files in a consistent and orderly manner. Close out and archive project folders as required.
- Create weekly Quotation Schedule and distribute to internal and external customer.
- Request Approval Drawings from manufacturer reps and assemble submittal drawing packages.
- Assemble operation and maintenance documents based on project requirements.
- Create preliminary ship schedules and maintain weekly updates. Work with manufacturer reps to ensure on time performance.
- Assist Project Sales I and II associates by performing internal and billing related change orders in Job Management.
- Perform customer returns in Job Management and work with Project Managers to resolve defective and damaged product issues.
- Act as the backup receptionist/phone support in the absence of the sales administrator

- Ability to work independently, with flexibility and adaptability to workplace situations/expectations
Required Experience
- Minimum two years office experience.
- Experience with electrical industry helpful.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe.
