    Medical Assistant - MA PRN Neuro Clinic Certification Required Medical Assistant PRN Neuro Clinics-2 days per week 8-430 Medical Assistant PRN Neuro Clinics **_Your Role: _Supports the licensed healthcare team by organizing and managing clinic patient flow, gathering and documenting patient vital signs, medications and health history, and communicating with patient's health care team. Administrative requirements include front desk check in and scheduling appointments. Hours are 8-430 with occasional need for earlier arrival at 730. The Vanderbilt Neuro clinics are looking for an energetic Medical Assistant with a positive attitude to join their team. If you enjoy fast paced patient contact but can also learn the administrative role of the front desk, this might be a great fit for you. Our Medical Assistants keep the clinic flow moving, ensure our supplies and care environment are in order, assist nurses with patient records, and call patients about appointments and medications. We are searching for flexible individuals with problem solving skills and initiative who communicate well in a team setting. This position floats between clinic locations for various neuro clinics and must have reliable transportation.
