We are currently looking for a full-time Payroll Coordinator for our fast pace office in Troy, MI. Responsibilities: * Collect, review, enter employee (caregiver) timesheets and notes per client specific guidelines. * Investigate and communicate discrepancies and issues found to the appropriate party. * Answer employee (caregiver) inquiries regarding payroll and timesheets. * Compile statistical reports as required on sales and costs generated from each weeks billings. * Prepare and submit billings according to each client specific requirements. * Review and resolve any rejections of billings and answer all client inquiries on billings. * Maintain client accounts receivable ledger, updating for payments, and monitoring for delinquency. * Create, review, and maintain process documentation relating to areas of responsibility. * Develop and cultivate relationships with client businesses. * Other projects and activities as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). * Strong data entry skills, organizational skills, and detail-oriented. * Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports. * Positive attitude and ability to interact well with co-workers and clients in a professional manner at all times. * Ability to work as part of the team. * Must have strong work ethics and problem solving skills. * Drivers license. * Proficient in MS Office Suite Products. * Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. * Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work. * Must have the ability to multi-task. Education and Work Experience: * High school diploma or GED required. * Minimum of six (6) months of experience working with payroll or similar office work.
