Job Description
The Head of Sales for Home Care drives growth of the home care business at A Place for Mom. This role will lead and develop our Care Advisor, Home Care Acquisition Manager, and Sales Operations teams and expand the business through two overarching efforts:
Expanding our home care agency capacity through targeted and scalable strategies
Help more families and caregivers find Home Care agency options in their area more effectively
In this role, you will need a multifaceted skill set to drive improvement in the existing business while simultaneously thinking outside the box about ways to improve our approach, test quickly and in a lean manner, and decide what is working and what is not. This role reports directly into our General Manager of the Home Care business and will work cross functionally with Product, Technology, Brand, and Content, among others, to bring together the different components needed to stand up new experiences or drive improvements in the existing one.
A Place for Mom works with thousands of families and home care agencies each month. This role will have an immediate impact on deepening our engagement with both sets of stakeholders in the pursuit of helping more families find the care they need for their loved ones.
