Registration Coordinator
Purpose: Registration & develop and implement a progressive and proactive recruitment action plan and serve as a back-up Client Coordinator
Principal Accountabilities
Work collaboratively with Team members to understand Client Caregiver Requests based on caregiver geography, personal care, ambulation/functional transfers
Actively source quality caregiver candidates, timely management caregiver applicants to registration
Actively build and maintain relationships with health-care related schools, local community businesses, faith-based establishments, care giving companies for CG Referrals
Develop and maintain an online recruiting presence, using different tools and websites
Understand and keep Team aware of current Market Environment
Maintain highest level of professionalism while representing Visiting Angels with potential registration caregiver, events, trade shows, community events
Utilize existing collateral materials, develop pertinent resources
Manage Caregiver Credentials to meet AHCA standards
Cross Train to Client Coordinator
Participate with On Call Responsibilities
