Client Coordinator Tarpon Springs We Are Growing
Visiting Angels Client Coordinator is a Key Role to grow the business with New Clients & Existing Clients based on the increasing and changing needs needs of Daily Essential Home Care Services in Private Homes, Facilities, Rehabilitation Facilities and Hospitals. This role is expected to perform a variety of duties that include the coordination of scheduling services for Clients through offers to Caregivers in a high paced environment. The Coordinator is responsible for working with Clients and Caregivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships. Majority of job responsibility is performed by phone and computer. Primary Responsibilities
· Actively Demonstrate the values of Visiting Angels in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times
Create and maintain accurate Client and Caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating strong relationship matches that build on ongoing relationships between Client, Client's Family & Caregiver
Monitor, maintain, and log all Client and Caregiver activity utilizing the software system with current & accurate information at all times
Increase client loyalty to Visiting Angels by utilizing proper communication skills and follow up to better meet current Client needs
Register caring, compassionate & responsible Caregivers on the Registry to meet Client needs; Maintain this level of Caregiver Experience based on Voice of the Clients & Families
Be able to handle conflict and difficult scenarios with recommended, positive outcomes, communicating directly with the Client/Family
Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours to enhance and/or increase quality care at all times
Monitor Caregiver Documentation to ensure 100% compliance to meet AHCA guidelines.
Maintain regular, dependable attendance at the office to execute daily job responsibilities
Demonstrate open and effective communication with Teammates, Caregivers, Clients and Family Members – Be seen as a Team Player at all times.
Qualifications and Skills 1. Ability to manage deadlines; Handle competing priorities effectively with little or no direction at all times 2. Phone Etiquette - Be able to demonstrate strong phone skills, build relationships by phone and handle multiple incoming & outgoing calls in high paced daily environment – Return all calls within 15 minutes 3. Scheduling Experience - Minimum of 2 years 4. Customer Service - Minimum of 3-5 years 5. Reside in West Pasco County or North Pinellas County
