The Social Media Strategist will manage our client's national social media presence, overseeing social media marketing and advertising, with the expectation that they will monitor activity across a broad range of social networking sites, cultivate and grow online relationships with key target audiences, and seek new opportunities to integrate social media into our strategic marketing objectives.
Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for social media advertising budget exceeding 1MM. This includes lead tracking from both paid and organic traffic.
- Responsible for social media brand management and post scheduling. This includes tracking post analytics.
- Plans and executes organic social media strategies throughout the organization at a National level across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Creates engaging social media posts in a consistent voice, personality, and look and feel for our client's brand as it pertains to brand awareness and online reputation.
- Responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting to management on social media performance.
- Researches ideal target audiences, current social media trends, and best practices to implement, maintain and enhance national brand awareness.
- Responsible for presenting at our client's Annual Conferences and periodic training seminars on social strategy.
- Partners with the client's internal network and Home Office team to provide responsive, clear, and concise direction to engage and build social media audiences, and platform support as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field; or equivalent work-related experience.
- A minimum of 3 years working with a Social Media business page, preferably in a corporate setting.
- A minimum of 1 year working with Enterprise-level advertising budgets greater than $1M
- Expertise in managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in a business setting
- Experience with Facebook Business Manager required
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads a plus
- Strong ability in marketing analytics and reporting and comfortable working with large datasets
- Stellar communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Must be comfortable communicating effectively to both individuals and groups, small and
- large group settings
- Must be familiar with social media listening and publishing tools such as Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Hootsuite
- Must be proficient in using multiple social media platforms under brand-specific guidelines
