Manage project planning, implementation and evaluation. Provide training for staff and leadership development Education / Experience: Bachelor?s degree and three years experience in organizational development, training, or human resources, including experience with project management and events planning. Reports To: Director Organizational Development Licensure, Certification and / or Registration: N/A Essential Functions: 1. Manage and facilitate projects for Human Resources and Organizational Development. 2. Provide training on Human Resources topics for staff, faculty, and leadership. 3. Provide planning, implementation and evaluation for reward and recognition activities, employee engagement initiatives and other OD projects. 4. Facilitate New Employee Orientation. 5. Work collaboratively with team on marketing events. 6. Adhere to organizational standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and team building. 7. Assist with activities to ensure organizational compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards. 8. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrate ability and proficiency in: ? Planning and coordinating complex projects ? Working independently ? Negotiating effectively ? Communicating with all levels of the organization ? Working effectively with others ? Providing training for staff, faculty and leaders ? Utilizing MS Office software ? Prioritizing duties and meeting deadlines ?
